Agriculture
Helping smallholder farmers grow more, lose less and farm in ways the climate can no longer punish.
Most households we work with depend on a single rainy season. We support them to adopt practices that hold soil and water, diversify what they plant and improve what happens after harvest, so a difficult year does not become a hungry one.

Climate Mitigation & Adaptation
Practical climate action, designed with the communities who feel the change first.
Northern Ghana is living with shorter rains, hotter days and thinning tree cover. We work with communities to understand their exposure, protect the natural assets they still have and adopt adaptation measures they can sustain themselves.

Water, Sanitation & Health
Safe water and decent sanitation, because no livelihood survives a sick household.
Water collection falls largely to women and girls, and poor sanitation drives illness that empties classrooms and farms alike. Our WASH work improves access and, just as importantly, the local structures that keep facilities working long after a project closes.

Local Economic Development
Turning what communities already produce into income that stays local.
From shea butter to gari, value is too often captured far from the people who do the work. We help groups organise, process, package and sell better, and we build the cooperative structures that give them bargaining power.

Policy Advocacy
Carrying evidence from the field into the rooms where decisions are made.
We gather data with communities, validate it with them, and use it to press for decentralised, accountable decision-making that reflects rural priorities, particularly those of women.
